exercise_every_dayBeen travelling and sleeping the last couple days. Finally all set up in Paris.
About to start our first day of walking about. Saturday, I got a set of body-weight exercises from my trainer (and a couple using luggage!) to work on in the hotel. Will give them a try in the evening.
