Wanting to ease back in without killing myself. Mixed up workout this morning. The first 20 minutes of Crunch Fat Blaster the Next Step, followed by Forward Bends & Twists, Inversions, and Savasana from Shakti. Hips very tight this morning, which of course was not unexpected. Inversions were really strong though.
