honestly, I find it terrifying, too. I'm taking an intro class at reduced rates, and I find that it is perfect for my level of fitness and energy -- I never feel as happily exhausted and content as I do after class. However, I have a hard time keeping up when it comes to agility or coordination even in the intro class, and I wonder if I might not be a little old for it (I'm fortysomething). I enjoy the style a lot, and the local school is a very welcoming and comfortable place. On the down side, it's quite expensive. If I had two guaranteed free evenings a week, I would probably continue for a year, to see if I can make it work: I want to train that agility and coordination, and I find it a very playful way to increase fitness and strength. But with my schedule being as it is, I doubt I can make it :-/
