While I have free time over the next two weeks, I'm sticking in extra practice sessions whenever I can. This morning I did the Good Morning set, Challenging level, from Barbara Benagh's Power Yoga for Every Body. Nothing in this set should be difficult - these are poses I do every single day - but in the practice each pose is moved into slowly, and held (it seems) forever. So you really feel like you've done a significant workout by the time the 40 minutes are over! I do, anyway :)
