Today, for the first time, I did it all perfectly, for my definition of "perfectly", while keeping in mind Bryan Kest's admoniton: "There is no perfect pose." Today I did it all as perfectly as I'd ever, ever hoped to. And then, for good measure, I did Tree Pose and Dancing Shiva pose both perfectly on my right leg, and made significant progress with both on my left leg. A good day. A perfect day.
