Yoga, full twenty minutes, followed promptly by resistance bands. I'm not sure if my mistake was in doing the resistance bands when I just did them yesterday or in doing the resistance bands when I just did twenty minutes of yoga, because I barely made it through a full set on the very light band, and I know I'm capable of more than that, I did a full set on the light band yesterday.
