exercise_every_dayFriday was almost a bust, but at the last minute, decided to do the exhaustion test for 100 pushups so I could start that again, plus a little yogic ab work.
Saturday was only the usual errands, then housework all afternoon.
This morning, about 40 minutes of sun-salutations and core work with Ms. Rea on Yoga Shakti.
