Hello, elliptical machine, glad to see you again. (I know: you've been there all this time, waiting; you're not the one who drifted away...) Anyway, nice stretchout this morning, followed by meditation, and Rodney time to come this afternoon. Haven't figured out yet what I'm going to do about tomorrow, when I'll be at the workplace from 8 am to 9 pm. Very early with Rodney (ouch!) or a bedtime session? We'll see.
