Shiva Rea - Fluid Power - Started out hoping to do the entire Hip Opening sequence, but 77 minutes is just to much for before work. Got through Spiral Meditation (must find online and share, this is an awesome way to loosen up), Foundation Vinyasa, Mandala Namaskar, and then skipped to the Forward Bends and Twists. Comes in around 50 minutes. Feeling great!
