Morning yoga. Then in the evening, 40 minutes of what started out as trying out barbell complexes using my little bodybar thing and ended up as freeform rocking out with a clubbell.
Somewhere in there, there were definitely overhead squats, front squats, some really dire attempts at Cossack squats which involved falling on my arse a lot (the clubbell is not quite heavy enough to work as a counterweight), a lot of ninja chops, a profound realization about the relationship between jori swings and "ribbons", some shoulder presses, the invention of the one-legged clubbell swing, accidentally shattering a chocolate bar while trying to use my countertop to improve my front squat form, and the incident of which we shall not speak which left a dent in the ceiling.
