Have revamped my computer in the basement to something more usable (read: reinstalled Windows, shortly to reiinstall Ubuntu so's it's double-boot, and hooked up the Internet), so am and shall be up-and-downing the stairs much more than I have been. Also, a set on the easiest resistance band.
Gonna have LOTS for synecdochic's 'what have you done to be proud of this week' post come Monday, and it's all gonna be from today.
