Strength training day today. Did 25 minutes of arms with a bit of other stuff thrown in:
* bench presses (barbell + 2 kilograms, up from only barbell, should go up in weight next time) * bicep curls (only barbell, should go up in weight next time) * squats (barbell + 2 kilograms, my first time actually going *down* with squats, hence the low weights. will work on form a bit more before going for weight) * flies (dumbbells + 1 kilograms) * bent-over rows (dumbbell + 3.5 kilograms, should go up in weight next time) * going from flat standing to tip toes (I still don't know the name of that exercise! calf raises! anyway, did it with barbell + 2 kilograms, should go up in weight next time) * back extensions
