Morning yoga, a Yoga Today class, and then some core work in the evening, because I haven't done anything core-specific for ages.
(Core tension gets worked a fair amount in the bouldering, especially when I'm upside-down under a roof, so I mostly feel okay about slacking off at other times, but I sort of wanted to check in on the state of my abs and back.)
