Yesterday I did 20 minutes of warm-up cardio followed by about 40 minutes on weights. I did:
3 sets of 10 lunges with a 15kg weight 3 sets of 8 with 10kg on the BICEP MACHINE 3 sets of 8 shoulder lifts with 4kg weights 3 sets of 10 with 10kg on the LATERAL MACHINE.
I also fended off my first Hello, You Appear To Be A Woman Lifting Weights, Let Me Help You With That mansplainer! \o/
