Only 15 mins morning yoga, owing to having to dash out of the house early.
Now I'm feeling wiped for no apparent reason; going to call this a rest day, I think.

ETA2: Did the Yoga Journal "Full Class" audio podcast, which is an hour and a quarter. It's been a while since I last did it, and it used to be a gruelling endurance test. Now suddenly it's demanding, but not the killer it was; I can focus on little details and sinking deeper into the poses.
(I highly rec it, btw; it's tough, with a bunch of bound poses, but really nicely paced and put together. It's very satisfying to do.)
