I was up early again, so I had time for the 70-minute "Basics" set from Barbara Benagh's Yoga for Beginners dvd. What a great workout - breathing exercises, balance work, and lots and lots of stretches and twists. Surprisingly, no sun salutations or back bends, but that's ok - I get enough of those in during the course of the week. A really nice Friday session.
