Did my daily run, but while I keep wanting to do more I feel like work has been leaving me too sleep-deprived and physically weary to be up for it. :( I'm still keeping up with my running goal (which is at least five runs a week, pref. six) but I think I need to wait til the rest of my life calms down before focusing on any other exercise goals.
