I have really fallen out of the exercise habit since I got back, so a challenge is just what I need. I will do at least 30 minutes yoga every day, get back in the gym 3 times a week, and swim at least once. I am fairly certain that once I get in the pool I'll enjoy it - I am just having a terribly hard time getting through the door.
