it is rainy, my knee hurts, and I don't wanna even try two five minute intervals. anybody got any great motivational advice for me?
Is the knee pain a pre-existing problem, or something new? Personally, I'd be thinking about giving it a rest and exercising other bits of the body today.
For me, it works better to take a break from something early and get back to it sooner, rather than pushing myself into aggravating an injury and being forced to take more time off in the long run.
Sometimes, you just need to take a break, and that's okay. It's not a failure.
