I did level 2, day 4 of the 30 Day Shred.

I'm supposed to do w4d1 of c25k today. it is rainy, my knee hurts, and I don't wanna even try two five minute intervals. anybody got any great motivational advice for me?

starting over today with week one of 100 pushups. I am going to get through this program if it kills me.
