So, I finally managed Day 3 of running (although the app thinks it's only Day 2 because I switched from another app after the first day), and feel like it was worse than Days 1 and 2...
Admittedly, I spent Saturday from 7am until 5pm on my feet, showing people around my garden, Sunday morning on my feet wandering around other peoples' gardens, and Sunday afternoon running around a hockey field for an hour, then standing still in hockey goals for an hour...
And yesterday I went to a pilates class at lunchtime, although there is apparently a stretching class after work hours which might be a lot more suitable for me and my style...
Anyway, I knew it was going to rain this evening and the chances that our hockey training will be cancelled are reasonably high, so I went for my run this morning. Alas, the app that I have doesn't track how far you go, and isn't likely to. That said, it does what it does well and simply, so I'll keep it.
I'm not recording hockey games or training here, probably because I don't consider them "exercise"... I know, that doesn't make sense. But in my head...they're not.
