I would love to say making these daily posts finally worked and I did some exercise because of it, but no. Pain was the motivator. Today, I spent over 2 hours in an awkward seated position. Many hours later, after several attempts to get my joints to pop and thus end the stiffness, I gave in and did 15 minutes of yoga. The stretches felt good and took away most of the stiffness.
