Two mile run/walk, followed by crunches and stretches.
It was really hard to get out there today - stressful things have been happening these past few days (nothing bad, just nerve-wracking) and I haven't been sleeping well. Slept in late and it was already pretty hot by the time I got outside and my legs just didn't want to move. Still, I did my run, and my time wasn't great, but it wasn't horrible, either.
