I'm doing my best to do something active every day, but it's not always exercise, technically; often it's shopping or gardening or other non-official forms of exercise that make a difference to my body but likely wouldn't to others. I'm continuing to work at it, though, and it's in large part due to this comm. Also, my shoulder therapy is going so well that they've told me I should come in every two weeks, now, rather than twice a week or even weekly, and I'm moving and doing like a person with two arms, again--something I also attribute to the comm, because I screwed up my courage to go in so that I could report about it, here. *g* I was also inspired to do it by all the interesting sounding activities being reported here that I couldn't do, and probably wouldn't ever be able to do without getting some help with the shoulder. And I'm focusing on weight loss, at the mo, so that exercise will be less taxing on my heart and I can do more of it. So my posting to the comm is sporadic, but I owe you a great deal for starting it up and running it so well. Thank you! Your enthusiasm is contagious. :)
