Aug. 19th, 2010 07:19 pmWeek 3, Day 1 of the hundred pushups program and Week 5, Day 1 of the two hundred situps program. Again, with counterposes: Dhanurasana and Urdhva Dhanurasana.
I almost went back and repeated Week 2 of pushups, but decided to try today's set, and it wasn't too bad.
I took yesterday off because 30 Day Shred completely incapacitated me. So tomorrow, I PLAN TO DO I AGAIN! Once I get to the point it doesn't hurt me anymore, plan to start alternating it with yoga.
How the heck am I going to exercise AND write, once I get my ficathon assignment. I'm approaching a free time crisis!!!
