CK on August 7 and 8
Aug. 8th, 2010 10:31 amYesterday was just the usual weekend exercise - groceries, Target, Costco, cooking, dishes, laundry. Carry the 4 year old around a little.
I got Ana Brett & Ravi Singh - Kundalini Yoga Warrior Workout from the library. Tried it this morning. With 4-year-old pesting me, I did not indulge in the meditation section. I think the workout is about an hour. It was interesting. Will reveiw over at
sun_salutation. It seemed to be very much about core, and a balance of movement and stillness. I've never done any Kundalini. Is that what it's about?
Week 1, Day 3 of the hundred pushups program and Week 3, Day 3 of the two hundred situps program. Again, with counterposes: Dhanurasana and Urdhva Dhanurasana. Max pushups today was 10, situps was 32.
I don't like the hundred pushups and 200 situps. They're hard. *pouts*
