Hot Morning

With things in the triple digits for over a week now, morning is the only time it works for me to get anything at all done outside.

This morning:
Ab work
Walked the dog around the outer loop of my neighborhood (no idea how far that is -- wore the dog out, although she is old)
Another set of abs
Sun salutations to stretch out abs
