exercise_every_dayHi! I'm Amy-Elizabeth. Today is the first day that I have worked out alone. I ran for twenty minutes.
I know it's not a big deal, but a year ago, I couldn't have done it without getting horribly out of breath or tripping. I think I could have run for another ten minutes or so. I feel good.
