Weights, continuing stage 7. The sets of 20 reps is tiring but not exhausting and also kind of monotonous; I'll probably try to up the weights next time. (I suspect that this will make it more exhausting but not less monotonous. Ah well. Possibly I won't be able to do as many reps with the higher weights, so it won't take as long.)
I do like the heavy lifts at the beginning of the workouts and have been taking extra time to test my 1RM on whatever I'm doing in addition to doing the required sets. (Mostly in the hopes that lifting the heavier weights will make the weight I'm doing for the set feel lighter. This has been moderately successful.)
