So not long after I joined this community I took advice from [personal profile] rydra_wong  and started doing planks. I've reached a point where I can do a front plank for 1:15, and side planks for about a minute. Sometimes I'll lift a leg for 10 seconds during the front plank. They seem to be very beneficial for core stability, for which I'm grateful.

But I notice that they seem to be pretty hard on the shoulders and forearms (I'm resting on my forearms during the planks). Sometimes I worry I'm going to pinch that funny-bone nerve in my arm.

Does anybody else have this trouble? Does it mean I'm doing it wrong? Any thoughts would be welcome.
