OK, back on the horse, darn it

After a while of NOT exercising every day, due to writing two big bang pieces and then getting not one but TWO spring colds, I am well again, and ready to renew my commitment to daily yoga.

Recent exercise includes playing jump the waves in the surf with my 4-year-old, YOGA ON THE BEACH AT DAWN OMG SO WONDERFUL, and today, walking approximately 3 hours doing errands and various chores. Maybe today will also include some yoga, but my time is running short, so I am not optimistic.

Hurt my foot at the beach, but amazingly, the 9 hour car ride of enforced foot resting not only seemed to fix the beach injury, but also may have gotten the lingering problem with the yoga toe that has been with me all winter. Amazing!
