Sadie Nardini: Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga Power Hour: Whole Body + Abs

Much better this time, though it still left me too exhausted to try HER wall work for handstand. Instead, I worked some on half handstand, taking first one leg up and then the other. Arms were too tired for me to feel comfortable trying to kick up this morning. Instead of Sivasana, she does Legs-Up-The-Wall, supported by a block. Using the block to support the hips or open the sacrum is a new thing I have learned from this DVD, and I have really liked particularly the sacrum stretch. It really feels good after all the core work.

My goal is to get this practice into my rotation at least once a week. It's very strengthening.
