Weekend Report

Hey everyone, hope y'all had a great weekend!

Busy weekend - costume making for daughter and wife - but got in lots of exercise.

Friday - Pilates at lunch, vinyasa yoga after work.
Saturday - Vinyasa yoga in the morning. Pull ups in the evening.
Sunday - Vinayasa yoga in the morning.
