Sunday was Week 4, Day 2 of the hundred pushups program, with shoulder openers to follow. The total pushups in the 5 sets was 74. My final set ("as many as possible") was 20. The last couple in the set of 20 were a little shaky, but in all, not too difficult, and not hurting my elbows.

Yesterday, was STILL sore from Saturday's yoga, mainly in the hamstrings. However, before bed, did some light yoga - a few lacadasical vinyasas and some seated forward bends. (Yoga was not best quality, as I was trying to watch Venture Bros at the same time. It was amusing and probably even OK for the kids, but Husband erased it before I got the thought out.) Anyway, I noticed that just about no matter where I put my feet relative to my hands for Down Dog, my heels went almost all the way to the floor. I guess there's a reason those hammies are a little tender.

After my yoga, did 200 situps.

Today, Week 4, Day 3 of for the pushups.
