Check-in and dancing

Last week was sorta chaotic because of job interviews/other unexpected things. I am now "catching up" on cardio by walking every day. It feels great to be outdoors. The weather has also improved, so I plan to resume hiking on the weekends.

I'm still trying to find places to do free-form dance on the weekends without people thinking I am There to Meet a Man. Dancing is around 2 hours of exercise, if I stay on the dance floor. Any suggestions? (I live in Boston.)

I'm a lesbian, am engaged, and wear a very large ring... and the gay bars are cruisy too. It's meat market central here.

Wearing casual clothes makes a difference. I do that sometimes for that reason.

Aw, that's too bad. My daughters love the local gay club because it isn't, but it's a much smaller community.

It's sad but true--put a little effort into your appearance and guys on the make always assume it's for them.

They often do assume that. Maybe I'll just save those outfits for places where other people are more dressed up than I am. :)
