Upper body split workout. It was nice to lift two days in a row (arms now pleasantly tired) but I may want to work on the order a bit. I wanted to do a circuit but ended up rotating through half of the exercises and then the other half because of how I needed to use the plates and ended up moving two back exercises (lat raises and bent over rows) to the end because I didn't know if I'd have time for everything and those were the ones I was most willing to cut. I did, just barely, but it meant doing similar movements instead alternating what upper body muscles I worked to give them more of a rest.
