Morning yoga, barbells. I've bruised or strained something in one wrist while climbing, and it objected to the idea of overhead squats, so things were kind of deadlift-tastic again.
But I also dabbled in some back squats now my ankle's much better, and then frolic-ed around trying out assorted other exercises, which is when I discovered that for the first time ever, I can do a Cossack squat without hanging onto something heavy as a counterweight. Not quite calf-to-thigh, but below parallel. \o/
