Morning yoga, barbells. Which was a bit of a damp squib as every time I miss a week, my bench press decides to up and die on me. But at least I haven't lost too much ground on my squat, and the overhead squat is still my new favourite thing.
And I realized that I need to learn how to jerk press, because my overhead squat is running up against the limits of how much I can military-press overhead (not much).
I started trying the jerk press (with an empty bar), and promptly managed to whack myself in the chin. Which is fairly typical of my learning process. Grace, I has it.
