Crossfit kettlebells. Lots of variety in this workout. The warm-up included cartwheels, which I have not done since I was maybe 12 or 13 years old. I did ok until the last wheel, when I lost momentum right at the upside-down vertical point and fell flat on my back with a thud so loud the entire gym came to a stop for a moment.
Fortunately I only hurt my pride, and I think the volume of the thud reflected the fact that I fell flat on my whole back, and not on an easily-crumpled corner or my cranium.
The rest of the workout was hellish but I finished in time, which I don't always do, so my mortified shame is leavened with a little bit of pride on that front.
