Started stage three of NRoLfW. OMG, the bodyweight matrix is full of jumping and death. On the other hand, yay, lifting heavy things! Except for my once a week lat pull-downs (which I won't be able to do anymore now that my class is over and I can't use the gym) I haven't really done weights for about a week and a half -- it's good to be starting up again.
