Noob & Goals

Haven't been able to exercise properly for the past 3 weeks due to a combinations of illness that has left me very weak. On 5/16 I vacuumed my upstairs and was as drained as if I had done a hard day's worth of work. My short walk to/from work left me needing rest.
Get back to 1.25 mile walk on the treadmill 5 mornings a week.
Get back to 40 bicep curls, 15 tricep presses, 20 "pull ups" with the arm weights 5 mornings a week.
Get back to 3 sets of 10 each on both kinds of abdominal crunches 5 mornings a week.
