Walked the dog for about 1/2 mile (at a surprisingly fast pace for sir-sniffs-a-lot). Had my last day of physical therapy and did some strength training exercises there. Asked the PT what alternatives there were for my tricep exercise if I'm not using a machine and what weight I should use. Found out I've been doing the equivalent of using 10 lb weights. Woohoo! Big kid weights!
