Had to abort the workout today because I had a headache so bad I saw stars then coming up on a deadlift.

Note to self: Yes, you can exercise on nothing but a glass of water. Does not mean you should. Especially not at 3 in the afternoon, when you've been up since 8 am. Especially as your stamina isn't what it used to be.

Went home, had a very late breakfast, drank a pot of tea and four glasses of water. Felt better.
