Morning yoga, 2 hrs 40 mins climbing (I was on a roll), 45 minutes walk.
This was not masochism; it was a gorgeous day and I wanted to go and see an art exhibition at a gallery I could reach via a post-prandial stroll along the Thames path. Also, the sudden appearance of ACTUAL DAYLIGHT means that I have spare energy.
