The only one I have had a chance to spend any time with so far is the Yoga Radiance DVD, which I watched most of while doing Christmas dishes. YouTube link here. It is everything the cover advertises, right down to the gorgeous performers in those modest bikini yoga outfits. The Lunar sequence could be viewed as pure yoga porn. Beautiful Asian woman, in white modest bikini, doing beautiful yoga by candle light. :D I have been using thier lunar practice, as best I can remember it, as my before bed yoga these last few days as part of my new quest to be sure I get some yoga every day.
