Morning yoga (extended as I've been achy lately; I suspect this is meds-related, but it makes me cranky anyway).
Then the Shoulder Shape-up DVD again (liking it so far -- if it keeps being useful, I'll try to write up a review for sun_salutation), and some bodyweight squats work. My Cossack squats are up to 6 per side, w00t!
Also I engaged in some possibly-foolhardy experimentation to see if I could invent the revolved windmill ("windmills" are basically trikonasana with a weight in your top hand, therefore ...).
