Weekend Update
So, after Friday's kettle-ball-followed-by-vinyasa fun, I could barely get out of bed on Saturday. Oy! It has been a while since I've been that sore. So, I did some light stretching on Saturday and took lots of naproxen
Vinyasa again on Sunday. Some light hatha at lunch, today, followed by more kettle balls!
I got to do the Turkish Get Ups. Wow, doesn't seem like much, but really wore me out. Hopefully, I will be able to get out of bed, tomorrow.

Turkish get-ups are pretty much my favourite exercise of all time. Aren't they great?

Going to share them with my Pilates friends, tomorrow - except with hand weights.

Also did something where I stood on one leg, with the kettleball in the opposite hand, then I would lean and squat to touch the ball down in front of standing leg, then stand back up straight (all while on one leg).
And we started with double-arm swings followed by single-arm swings.
