11/24 workout

Early day at work, so short workout.

Standard PT/Core strength exercises, arm work out, a few items from the Batman Workout. Plus, I'll do a walk at lunch.

What I did:
3 short sets (2-4 reps) of training for pull-ups/chin-ups.
1-2 sets: Shoulder mobility, back strength, leg strength.
