Shiva Rea: Yoga Shakti: Solar Flow I. Since it is 1:23 and I had about an hour, I dropped the core sequence, shoulder openers, the handstands (though I did the half handstand on teh front door, and of course the shoulder opener to go with it), and I quit the second backbend sequence after the first iteration of Urdhva Dhanurasana because I was exhausted and there was no way I was going to do more than one anyway. Savasana never felt so good. Srsly.
In other news, all you chicas on the fence about pushups? I was doing random stuff and glanced down and caught my upper arm out of the corner of my eye.

I have visible biceps.
Whoa.
That's like, a month of sort of lacadasically doing the 100 pushups program?

My thought is, go for it! The form will probably become more obvious and easier the more you do, and you'll get better as you get stronger.

I daydream about having arms like Jillian Michaels, but my upper body strength is at an all time low. I think I will seriously try the push-up program. Thank you for the inspiration!
