I did my PT! Even the silly one where I have to sit on top of a table and waggle my leg sideways a lot! And I iced! I never remember to ice. Very proud.
It's amazing how direct the positive feedback is on icing, and yet I keep forgetting even though today post-icing I both stood to do dishes and walked to the grocery without Knee Doom. Yay ice indeed!
Already? Go, you! You set the bar very high! I have one where I am to lean over and swing my arm loosely from the shoulder. She said it should be as passive as possible, so I should get my hips into it. Seriously?
The only way I have ever gotten these done is to put off making coffee until after I do them - it doesn't work every day, but waiting until late in the day means I have time to really get going with procrastination.
